Heating power from ‹ 100 W/m or up to 3 W/cm2
No intensive heat contact is necessary with lower temperatures, so that as in images 1-4 it is sufficient to wind or fix the heat conductor through spot-welded metal strips.
Heating power from ‹ 300 W/m or up to 6 W/cm2
In temperatures at 600°C, it is important that the heat conductor is applied across the entire length with fixed heat contact: between two plates, brazed or placed in grooves as in images 5-7.
Heating power from 300 W/m to 1 KW/m or › 6W/cm2
For high temperatures, an optimal heat transfer must occur across the entire length and surface. It is ideal if the heat conductor is set in grooves and hard soldered, vacuum brazed or if it is sealed directly in the metal as in images 8-9
